The price shown before you pay includes the nightly rate, the $250 cleaning fee and taxes.
The full amount is charged when you book.
Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund, or 14 to 30 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days aren't refunded.
A $500 refundable damage deposit is collected 2 days before check-in and returned 2 days after checkout if there's no damage.
After you book, you'll verify your ID and e-sign a short rental agreement.
2-night minimum (3 on peak dates), up to 10 nights. Up to 9 guests, and the person booking must be 25 or older.
No pets, parties or indoor smoking. Check-in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM.
